We want you to love your look, but if a product doesn't spark joy, we offer free returns and exchanges on all gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that individual items from sets or bundles cannot be returned separately.

Return Process

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included before sealing.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
